RETURNS
•    Eligibility: You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
•    Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
•    The following items cannot be returned:
•    Perishable goods
•    Custom products
•    Personal care items
•    Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
•    Sale items and gift cards

MANUFACTURING VARIATIONS
Due to the inherent nature of textile manufacturing, a slight variation of 5% may occur in the final product. These variations can include differences in color, pattern, texture, or size due to production processes.

EXCHANGES
For exchanges, please return your item and place a new order.
•    Exchange Fee: A nominal exchange fee of INR 149 applies to all exchange requests. This fee is collected at the time of submission. Please note: - this amount only covers a part of what the company actually incurs.
•    Stock Availability: Exchanges depend on item/stock availability.
•    Reverse Pickup: Reverse Pick-up Service availability depends on your pin code.
•    Image Requirement: Upload clear images of the product(s) with hang tag and seal tag when initiating an exchange.

REFUNDS
•    Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
•    Store Credit: Approved returns will receive store credit (valid for 6 months) for use on www.filohevis.com.
•    Return Fee: A nominal Return fee of INR 149 will be charged for a single product (which may vary depending on the number of products returned). The refund will be processed after deducting this return fee. Please note: - this amount only covers a part of what the company actually incurs.
•    For North East States (Mizoram, Assam, Nagaland, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya) and Jammu & Kashmir, the return fee is INR 249 per product.
•    Processing Time: If you haven’t received your store credit within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at support@filohevis.com for assistance.

1. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

2. How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
## Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval status within 3-5 business days. Store credit or exchange orders will be processed shortly after approval.

3. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

4. Are there any charges for returns or exchanges?
## Yes, a nominal fee of INR 149 per product is charged for returns and exchanges. For North East States and Jammu & Kashmir, the fee is INR 249 per product. (The company's actual costs exceed this amount).
5. What is the validity period for store credit?
## Store credit issued for returns is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used to purchase any product on www.filohevis.com.

6. Can I return or exchange sale items or gift cards?
## No, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
