RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Filohevis! We want to ensure your experience with us is as smooth and satisfactory as possible. Please take a moment to review our return and exchange policy below:

Returns

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at care@filohevis.com. Our team will assist you through the return process.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns about whether your item can be returned, please contact us for clarification.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item. Please note:

  • A nominal exchange fee of INR 99 will be charged for all exchanges. This fee is payable when you submit your exchange request.
  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Reverse pickup service availability depends on your pin code.
  • Proper images of the product(s) with hang tag and seal tag should be uploaded when initiating the exchange process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be issued store credit that can be used to purchase any product from our website, filohevis.com. The store credit will be valid for 6 months.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your store credit, please contact us at care@filohevis.com for assistance.
