Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0-2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and order-related calls with professionalism
• Explain product details, offers, and policies to customers
• Maintain daily call logs and report customer feedback
• Follow up on leads and assist in sales closure

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
• Polite, persuasive, and patient with customers
• Basic knowledge of online shopping and fashion products

WEBSITE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Location: Wazirpur Industrial Area, Near Shalimar Bagh Metro Station, Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 2-4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of filohevis.com
• Upload product listings with descriptions, images, pricing
• Coordinate with design, content, and customer teams
• Monitor website performance, order flow, and troubleshoot errors
• Ensure timely updates of offers, banners, and collections

Skills Required:

• Familiarity with Shopify / WooCommerce / similar platforms
• Knowledge of e-commerce tools, basic HTML/CSS is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Eye for detail and customer-first approach
